We really hope you enjoy our courses and always aim to provide a great experience in a supportive and friendly atmosphere, however when things don't quite go to plan please see our terms and conditions, and our refund policy
REFUND POLICY
These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Artestart.co.uk.
Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

The customers have 14 Days prior to the start date of the course/workshop to request a refund.

If a refund is agreed, a 10% deduction will be made to cover administrative costs, (Example £35 payment - 10% deduction of £3.50 total refund £31.50) will be offered. Alternatively the payment can be fully transferred onto a future course/workshop booking.

If a customer is unsatisfied with the course/workshop, please in the first instance speak with Artestart owners, clearly outlining any issues.

After the fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three Artestart.co.uk shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

Due to our costs we require a minimum of 6 students for our courses to run. If this number of participants are not achieved, the course will unfortunately be cancelled. A full refund will be given.
